Shipping

We aim to process all online and phone orders as soon as possible.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST will be shipped within 48 hours pending on availability of product and credit card verification.
• Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.
• Orders placed on a Holiday or Friday after 2pm EST, the order will be processed on the following business day.

We use USPS for delivery.   We do not offer Saturday delivery.

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR HOLIDAYS.

Please call us with any specific needs or deadlines and we will do our best to meet your requests.

Tax

Orders shipped within Florida will be charged the appropriate tax depending on the county.

Return Policy


Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and have ALL original tags attached. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase by mail or in store. Returns received after 14 days but within 30 days of receipt of purchase will receive a store credit. All sales are final on sale merchandise and special orders. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Once we have received your return on orders placed online or over the phone, we will refund your credit card within 5-7 business days. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the processing to complete.

In store purchase returns may be exchanged or given store credit only.
